We use Homeopathy for all types of reasons :- pre and post operative, Cats in call and bring them out of call, helping with birth and delivery all sorts of reasons.
Here is some remedies and examples why it is used:-
Anxiety
Anxiety about travelling, nervous conditions, headaches, upsets, fears and anticipatory.
Arnica
This is used for Pre and Post operative conditions. Reduces bleeding, brusing, shock and painful conditions.
Berberis
Increases kidney function in older cats, reduces kidney pain. Eliminates toxins through increased urination and increases energy.
Caulophylum
Helps birth processes and will quickly increase contractions and aid delivery.
Folliculinum
this remedy depending on the certain strength will regulates female activity, bring her into season and also restrains female activity.
Gelsemium
Fear and fright, nervousness, Hayfever 'yes hayfever even cats get it' sneezing, runny eye conditions and over excitement.
Merc Viv
Effective in controlling diarrhoea, also used for infammation of the mouth/throat and Ear.
Nux Vomica
Constipation, food poisioning, colic nervous indigestion. Exhaustion from over-exertion.
Overian
Encourages Fertility
Phytolaccae
Used in the treatment of Mastitis to combat swelling of the mammary glands especially when they become hard and painful. Useful in the treatment of Abcesses.
Urtica Urens
Useful for stimulating Milk flow.
Sulphur
Used for skin complaints, eg Mange, Eczema.
